Terra Bookings User Guide
Welcome to Terra Bookings, your all-in-one platform for booking flights, road transport, boat transport, event tickets, accommodations, and more. Follow this guide to navigate the app and make your bookings seamlessly.
1. Getting Started
- Download & Install: Get the Terra Bookings app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Sign Up/Login: On the homepage, by the right, click on Login, then, create an account using your email address, or log in if you already have one.
- Profile Setup: Update your profile with necessary details for a smoother booking experience.
2. Searching & Booking Services
Flights, Road & Boat Transport
- Select the Service: Choose "Flights," "Road Transport," or "Boat Transport" from the home screen.
- Enter Travel Details: Provide departure and arrival locations, travel dates, and passenger details.
- Compare Options: Browse available options based on price, time, and airline/operator.
- Book & Pay: Select your preferred option, enter traveler details, and proceed to payment.
Hotels & Short let Apartments
- Select "Hotels" from the home screen.
- Enter Destination & Dates: Choose your check-in and check-out dates.
- Browse & Filter: Compare available options using filters like price, rating, and amenities.
- Confirm & Pay: Select your preferred hotel, review details, and complete the booking.
Event Tickets / Tours
- Select "Events" or "Tours" from the main menu.
- Browse Events & Tours: Find concerts, festivals, tours, and more.
- Book & Pay: Choose the event or activity, select ticket quantity, and complete payment.
3. Managing Your Bookings
- View all your bookings under "My Bookings" in the menu.
- Modify or cancel bookings (subject to the provider’s policy).
- Download e-tickets or booking confirmations from the app.
4. Payment & Refunds
- Supported payment methods: Bank Transfers, Mobile Payments (Paystack/Flutterwave), and Wallet Balance.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the provider’s policy.
5. Customer Support
- Contact support via Email, or Phone in the app.
- Check the FAQ Section for common inquiries.
6. Additional Features
- Deals & Discounts: Access exclusive offers and promo codes.
- Notifications: Get real-time updates on bookings, promotions, and travel alerts.
